Over 12 weeks split into two phases, you’ll build the neural and physical structure behind flow: clean timing, clear decisions, and the ability to stay composed as your environment speeds up. This is where you develop the body–mind patterns that make rhythm repeatable.
Flow Series
Wednesdays | 9–11 PM | The Post BK (53 Knickerbocker)
Over six weeks, we challenge your timing and reads through faster transitions, layered patterns, and pressure-based scenarios. This is where your foundation becomes functional at full tempo and rhythm becomes sustainable—clear, composed, and repeatable.
Please note: All new athletes must complete the SUP Evaluation Form to confirm level. Returning advanced athletes are encouraged to contact us anytime for the password.
