1. What types of training do you offer?
We offer a mix of group clinics, private lessons, skills assessments, and competitive tournaments. Whether you're just starting out or pushing to compete at a higher level, there’s something here for you.
2. I’m new—do you have programs for beginners?
Yes! We welcome players of all levels. Many of our group sessions and private lessons are perfect for beginners looking to build strong fundamentals and grow at their own pace.
3. What happens in a skills assessment?
A skills assessment is a one-on-one session where we look at key areas like passing, serving, setting, and movement. It helps us understand your level and recommend the right program for your goals.
Registration & Planning
4. How do I sign up for a program?
You can register online through our Bookings Page. Just select your session and complete payment. If you need help, feel free to reach out by email or phone—we’re happy to assist.
5. What should I bring to my session?
Wear comfortable athletic gear and volleyball shoes. Knee pads, a water bottle, and any personal medical items (like an inhaler or EpiPen) are also recommended. We’ll provide the volleyballs and other training tools.
6. Can I get a refund if I miss a session?
We understand that schedules can change. While we aren’t able to issue refunds for missed sessions, if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll gladly apply a credit toward a future session.
7. What happens if a session or tournament is canceled?
If we ever need to cancel a session or tournament—for weather, facility issues, or any other reason—we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll receive a full refund or credit, and we’ll do our best to reschedule the session so you don’t miss out.
Advanced / Invite-Only Sessions
8. What’s the invite-only session on Monday nights?
This is a fast-paced, high-level training block for experienced players who have trained with Coach Chris and been invited to participate. It focuses on advanced game strategies and high-rep drills.
9. Why is it invite-only?
These sessions are designed for athletes who are ready for an intense training environment. Keeping it invite-only helps ensure everyone is on the same page and the pace stays sharp.
10. How do I know if I’m eligible?
If Coach Chris has worked with you directly and given you the green light, you’re all set. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask him or check in with us before booking.
11. Can I be evaluated for an invite-only session?
Yes! If you haven’t trained with Coach Chris yet but feel ready, you can schedule a skills assessment. Based on that, we’ll let you know if this session is a good fit for you.

13. I have a medical condition—can I still join?
Yes. Please let us know ahead of time about any medical conditions so we can take appropriate precautions and make sure you feel safe and supported.
14. How should I prepare for a tournament?
Get a good night’s sleep, stay hydrated, and bring everything you need: athletic wear, shoes, water, snacks, and anything else you rely on. Arrive early to stretch and check in with coaches.
