BB/A | For athletes who can already play with control and want faster, more intentional reps. This is a good fit if you:
Can sustain rallies and contribute without constant coaching
Understand rotations, serve receive, and basic team positioning
Can pass, defend, set, serve, and attack with intention
Want competitive play with stronger pace, cleaner rallies, and fewer crowded-court reps
Communicate clearly and compete with respect
Are comfortable adjusting when the game speeds up
This session is not designed for beginners or players still learning core rules, rotations, or basic ball control.
