• BB/A | For athletes who can already play with control and want faster, more intentional reps. This is a good fit if you:

    • Can sustain rallies and contribute without constant coaching

    • Understand rotations, serve receive, and basic team positioning

    • Can pass, defend, set, serve, and attack with intention

    • Want competitive play with stronger pace, cleaner rallies, and fewer crowded-court reps

    • Communicate clearly and compete with respect

    • Are comfortable adjusting when the game speeds up

    This session is not designed for beginners or players still learning core rules, rotations, or basic ball control.
