Cancellations, Rescheduling & Credits
SUP sessions are intentionally kept small. We reserve court space in advance, limit capacity, and may turn athletes away once a session is full.
Our policy is designed to give athletes reasonable flexibility when plans change while also protecting the spots, court costs, and experience of everyone registered.
Unless a specific program or booking states otherwise, here’s how it works.
-
Your options depend on how far in advance you cancel:
14+ days before your session: Choose a refund to your original payment method, minus the processing fee, or a SUP credit for a future booking.
7–13 days before your session: Refunds are no longer available, but you can choose a SUP credit or reschedule to another eligible session, subject to availability.
24 hours–6 days before your session: You can receive a SUP credit for a future booking. Refunds and rescheduling are no longer available.
Less than 24 hours before your session: Refunds, credits, and rescheduling are no longer available. You may still transfer your spot to another eligible athlete if you find someone to take it.
No-show: Missed sessions are not eligible for a refund, credit, reschedule, or transfer.
All deadlines are based on the scheduled start time of your session.
-
Yes. Rescheduling is available when requested at least 7 days before your scheduled session. You can move your registration to another session as long as:
Space is available.
You meet the level and eligibility requirements of the new session.
Your booking does not have separate cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Your registration is not considered rescheduled until SUP confirms the change.
If your session is less than 7 days away, the cancellation and credit options above apply instead.
-
Yes. If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your spot to another athlete.
The replacement athlete must meet the advertised level and eligibility requirements for the session.
Please let SUP know about the transfer before the session so we can update the roster. Transferring a registration does not override level requirements or guarantee participation for an athlete who is not eligible for that session.
-
Sometimes. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If your circumstances fall outside of this policy, reach out to us. SUP may consider refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
We will try to be reasonable, but an exception made in one situation does not guarantee the same exception in another.
-
Yes. SUP may update its refund, credit, cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling policies as our programs evolve.
For an existing registration, the policy shown when you booked generally applies to that booking, unless SUP communicates otherwise.
Some series, tournaments, special events, promotions, or other programs may have different terms. If they do, those terms will be clearly stated when you register.
-
If SUP cancels your session, we’ll make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, affected athletes will be offered a refund, SUP credit, reschedule, or another appropriate resolution.
This may include cancellations caused by facility issues, weather, scheduling changes, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances that prevent SUP from running the session as planned.
-
Athletes are responsible for reviewing the advertised level and eligibility requirements before registering.
If you realize you booked the wrong level, contact us as soon as possible. If you reach out more than 24 hours before the session, we’ll try to move you to a more appropriate session when space is available.
Registering does not guarantee participation if an athlete does not meet the advertised level or eligibility requirements.
If SUP determines that an athlete is not eligible to participate, any credit, transfer, reschedule, or other accommodation will be considered based on the circumstances and availability.
Our goal is not to keep athletes off the court—it’s to protect the advertised level, pace, and experience of the entire group.
