Pass the Aux

We don’t always train with music.

Most sessions run on the natural rhythm of the gym—footwork, ball contact, quick calls across the net. But every now and then, Coach Chris gives the green light to pull out the boombox.

SUP, Pass the Aux? is a running mix of what the SUP community has on repeat—bangers you warm up to, commute to the gym with, and put on when you need a little extra energy. We encourage all athletes and partners to contribute, keeping in mind a few house rules:

  • Go off the vibe that’s already on the list. Keep it upbeat.

  • Volleyball is a team sport—don’t hog the aux.

  • Watch your profanity.
